Filling, capping and labelling line for spices - RTE2U

Automatic filling, sealing, capping and labeling line for the packaging of powders and granules in containers from 20 to 500gr. The solution is equipped with:

• automatic powder loading system with vibrating channels;
• doser with 4 vibrating channels, loading hopper, weighing plate and unloading hopper;
• automatic cap feeder with pick & place system for the automatic positioning of the caps on containers;
• automatic capping machine for closing screw caps;
• induction system for welding the under-cap seal;
• M3010 labeller for wrapping application on cylindrical and square containers.

All stations are controlled by touch-screen, with the possibility of recording up to 100 format changes. Production: around 1200 pcs/h, based on container size.
