Filling and capping monoblock for syringes - MFCS

Filling and capping monoblock, cutting-edge solution that allows complete automation of filling and capping 4cc and 8cc syringes. Our plant provides for the loading of the product through an automatic feeder. In the next station a piston test takes place, necessary to monitor the perfect functioning of each syringe. In the filling phase there is a volumetric dispenser in AISI 316 steel equipped with a needle in steel, of suitable dimensions, to enter the front hole of the syringe. The volume adjustment from dosing takes place via a manual ring nut, equipped with sensors for controlling the dosing cycle. The cap is loaded and closed automatically in the next station, after which it proceeds with unloading automatic of the syringe through pneumatic gripper. The whole plant has a series of accident prevention guards in accordance with CE standards, designed to protect the operator during the phases working; the entire monoblock is managed by a touch-screen control panel, through which it is possible manage all the functions of the system. Production: about 1000 pcs/h.
