The PMR MFC OIL is a high-efficiency machine designed to optimize the oil bottling process, ensuring precision and reliability. This monoblock combines robustness, ease of use, and an entirely AISI 304 stainless steel construction, chosen for durability and compliance with international hygiene standards.

The monoblock is composed of:

• 12-Nozzle Filling Turrets: The vacuum system ensures uniform dosing and precise filling, while the double recovery bell maintains level control and process stability. Intuitive adjustment allows for quick adaptation to different bottle types, ensuring maximum flexibility.
• Single-Head Capper with 4-Roller Head: Advanced technology for aluminum screw cap closure, with automatic loading and controlled descent, ensuring perfect application of the cap and eliminating risks of errors. The 4-roller head provides an impeccable finish, enhancing the product's perceived quality.
• Motorized Conveyor Belt: Constructed with acetal chain for smooth and secure bottle transport, featuring an integrated collection tray optimized to prevent accidental shifts and maintain continuous, seamless flow along the entire line.

The AISI 304 stainless steel structure guarantees excellent corrosion resistance and optimal hygiene, while components in direct contact with oil meet strict food safety standards, ensuring maximum reliability in food environments.
