The RTE2U CANDY filling, capping, and labeling line is an advanced, customized solution designed for precise dosing of candies into cylindrical jars from 40 to 150 grams.

Features of the RTE2U CANDY Line:

• Loading System: A cup conveyor in AISI 304 stainless steel efficiently loads the product. Equipped with blue food-grade cups and start/stop sensors to manage the load, ensuring operational continuity and accuracy.

• Rotary Loading Table: The 1000 mm rotary table facilitates jar handling, allowing smooth movement. Speed is adjustable via motor variator, and the stainless-steel structure ensures durability.

• Multihead Weigher: With 10 heads for precise dosing, the multihead weigher manages up to 2.5 liters per cycle, featuring a stainless-steel surface and touchscreen control.

• Filling Station: The filling monoblock, entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel, includes safety guards, a slat conveyor, and adjustable discharge height. A pneumatic piston system ensures jar stability during filling.

• Single-Head Capper: Made of stainless steel, the capper is equipped with electronic controls and a touchscreen panel. It is designed to adapt to various jar and cap formats, allowing fast tool-free changeovers.

• Automatic Rejection System for non-compliant jars.

• Automatic Labeler: The M3010TS labeling line is configured to apply a top label with a seal and a wrap-around label on cylindrical jars.

The RTE2U CANDY system is equipped with a Siemens PLC and touchscreen panels for intuitive monitoring and easy format changes.
