The 52nd edition of Cosmopack proved to be an important event to show our customers ideal solutions for cosmetic products. Innovation and sustainability are the keywords of Cosmopack 2019 and our company has presented production and packaging systems increasingly in line with the concepts of smart manufacturing.We have exhibited our filling and capping line for liquid and creamy products; there were order confirmations already directly at the fair because the line proved to be effective, easy to use and the quality / price ratio extremely competitive.

The plant consists of:

– 1 loading plate

– 2 volumetric dosers for capacity from 20 to 500ml

– 1 capping unit for screw caps

– 1 unloading plate

This solution guarantees a productivity of 900/1000 pcs./h for 250ml containers.

Our labelling machines, which have always been PMR’s leading products, have found wide appreciation especially in the producers of creams, shampoos, shower gel and hair products. At the fair we exhibited: M3010, for front-back application, M3005 for body application on cylindrical bottles, our Overprint Group and the table top solutions such as D100 the D160 for cylindrical bottles. Our labelling heads this year have been presented with a new column support that increases their stability.

The filling and capping solution for flexible Doypack-type bags, novelty of 2018, was requested by various manufacturers coming from France, Sweden and Belarus. The interest in flexible packaging in the cosmetic sector is increasingly confirmed, both for practical reasons and for the attention paid to recycling and minimizing the use of raw materials.

We have also exhibited our table top devices such as the Perfume Dosing Unit, the P1 Pneumatic Doser, the Dosatron and the table top Capper, which have always been very useful machines for those who have to start a business or have a limited production or prefer start with an inexpensive investment.

This edition of Cosmopack allowed us to start interesting projects with companies in Germany, France, Greece, Egypt and Saudi Arabia and related to the excellent results, our engineers will study new machines for next year.
