The filling and capping monoblocks are made according to customer needs. There are several lines that our engineers design for shampoos, cosmetic creams and nail polishes and, in particular, the semi-automatic monoblock for rimmel you see in the video here below, is set for output from 800 to 1000 pcs / h. Versatile, easy and economical this monoblock is also suitable for hot dosing processes.

The bottle is manually placed on the pneumatic rotary table with star, with a fixed rotation speed. The transport star, in anticorodal aluminium, is equipped with 12 interchangeable pucks made of scratch-resistant plastic material.

With alternating movement the bottles enter the dosing station where a syringe for semi-dense products fills the mascara. The operator manually places the cap before the bottle enters the capping station where a special screwing equipped with control system for adjusting the tightening torque, plugged it.
