The growing confidence shown by the market towards PMR systems has allowed significant investments for the development of cutting-edge technologies; in the field of labelling PMR presented at Cosmopack 2023 the new robotic industrial labeller Top Label MakeUp, for oriented label application.

The labeller Top Label MakeUp is a station created for the cosmetic industry for products such as: rimmel, lipsticks, round cosmetic palette on which the label has to be placed in reference to a logo or a predefined point is necessary. This solution has a speed of 1,800 pcs/h and is equipped with: vision system, conveyor belt, dedicated gripper with sensor to detect and loss of workpiece in the cycle and labeling head PMR ClassicNew.

This solution guarantees continuous high quality standards and our engineers customize the machine to better solve the problems of each application.

Among the machines on display, the new TTR Roller Capper has been particularly successful, producing more than 5,000 pcs. /h. The closing system consists of a double pair of rubberized discs, driven by brushless motor, which allows you to set rotation speed and closing system. The main data of each format can be stored in "recipes", retrievable by the operator directly from the touch-screen, present on the machine.

This new solution is also modular and can therefore be perfectly integrated into an existing line or be coupled to PMR filling and labelling systems.

PMR automatic dosers for dense, semi-dense and liquid products are ideal for creams, shampoos, perfumes, lotions, gels, essential oils, rimmel. PMR solutions can be linear or rotary and ensure filling in a wide range of containers.

At Cosmopack 2023 PMR exhibited the RT2U filling and capping line equipped with all 4.0 technologies to align with international best practices and access government incentives.

This edition also confirmed the significant increase in business of the cosmetics sector and also the machinery dedicated to this sector, have had a strong technological development and performance, in this PMR keeps pace thanks to its experience and continuous investment in research and development.
