Filling monoblock with flowmeters for foamy products - MF5F

Filling monoblock with flowmeters for foamy products, in bottles up to 1000 ml., with screw cap. The machine is designed and built in compliance with the most recent EEC regulations, and equipped with all parts necessary for perfect functioning. Plant features:

• stainless steel base mounted on height-adjustable feet for easy positioning in line;
• bearing structure and visible parts completely in AISI 304 stainless steel;
• perimeter safety guards with access doors to the machine regulated by safety microswitch; in case of accidental opening of one of the doors the machine stops. Frame length 1600mm. EEC safety standards;
• 1 m. of incoming bottle conveyor belt;
• automatic start-up photocell positioned at the machine entrance.

• Filler with 5 Endress Hauser MAGNETIC flow meters, instrument accuracy of ± 0.2%;
• product manifold set up to accept an additional meter in the future;
• NO BOTTLE - NO FILL device;
• parts in contact with the product made of AISI 316 steel and/or plastic material;
• electrical panel, in stainless steel and machine management with PLC and HMI
• machine equipped with 1 bottle format;
• daily statistics from panel.

A flexible impeller pump suitable for the treatment of foamy products has been installed in this plant: it allows the outlet of the liquid from the pump in a continuous and uniform way, guaranteeing precision and efficiency.

Productivity: over 2,000 pcs./h. for 1 liter containers.
