Filling and capping line for jam - RT1U

Filling and capping line for containers from 50 to 1,300 cc., equipped with infeed and outfeed rotary table and belt motor-controlled conveyor. Filling station composed as follows:

• stainless steel hopper;
• agitator with gearmotor installed in the hopper to mix the product;
• dispenser in AISI 3016L steel with Teflon seals, nozzle for liquid products;
• product stop device in the filling area.

Capping station for screw caps with:

• locking head with 4-finger system;
• 1 PNP pneumatic unit for stopping and selecting containers in the capping area;
• 1 pneumatic device for blocking during screwing.

Machine management via PLC and touch panel. Production: about 500 pcs/h, based on the dosage.
