Capping and labelling line for canned food - TBE

Capping and labelling line for bottles of different shapes and sizes. The PMR TBE line consists of a single-head capper suitable for closing glass jars with a twist-off cap. Manual cap loading and PNP system to stop and select the container under the capping head.

An M3005 labeling machine is provided in line for applying wrap-around labels on cylindrical products, side label on square base containers and body label on conical containers. It's possible set the encoder function, to synchronize the delivery of the label with the forward speed of the product.

Plant equipped with all accessories for packaging 7 containers of different sizes and shapes. All the system parameters can be set from the PLC touch screen.

Production: around 1000 pcs/h, based on container and cap dimensions.
