Complete tanks packaging plant designed according to customer needs and with implementations established by Industry 4.0. Filling, capping and labelling line composed of:

• single electric panel for the complete management of the line;
• conveyor belt controlled by a gearmotor group with regulation of the transport speed;
• weighing unit for weight control;
• dosing system with three-way fitting and 1 nozzle;
• cap feeder complete with Pick & Place device for automatic positioning of the cap on the mouth of the container;
• in-line capper with pneumatic device for blocking the products during screwing;
• induction system;
• M3010FB labeller for front/back label application.
