Filling and capping line for additives - RT1U

Filling capping and labelling line for 1 and 5 liter containers. The dosage is volumetric and the operation is totally pneumatic; the dispensing spout enters the container almost in contact with the bottom, thus limiting the formation of foam during the whole process. An ascent delay can be set of the spout using a timer so that it remains completely immersed in the product. This system is specifically designed for filling foamy liquids. The automatic capping unit is single-headed and suitable for closing plastic or glass containers with screw caps, there is a pneumatic device for blocking the products during screwing. 2 heads have been supplied for the closure of 2 caps of different sizes. The plant is completed with the M3005T labeling line for applying labels on cylindrical containers. All system parameters can be set from the PLC touch screen. Production: about 500 pcs/h. for 1l containers.
