Filling and capping monoblock for containers from 5 to 250 ml, composed of: Volumetric dosing machine suitable for filling semi-dense / dense liquids in PET / HDPE / GLASS bottles and complete with

• No. 2 volumetric dosing units with pneumatic drive and adjustment of the dosing volume by means of a handwheel with a graduated scale.
• Conical hopper for product loading.
• Anti-drip shutter nozzles (built in AISI 304 stainless steel).
• Fully removable (tri-clamp attachments) for easy cleaning and washing.
• Product loading tank of 50 lt.

Single head rotary capper suitable for closing aluminum pilferproof caps complete with:

• 4-roller closing head (with internal spring), built in stainless steel and complete with “no cap-no roll” device.
• Mechanical cap feeder (Ø500) positioned on the upper part of the turret.
• Independent rotation of the closing head with speed adjustment by mechanical variator.
• Stainless steel stopper descent complete with cap presence photocells and with quick opening door for extracting the opposite cap.

Safety devices stop the machine in case of a problem on stars so as not to break or ruin the containers.

All the details for the transfer and handling of the containers are made of polyethylene for minimum wear and for maximum silence during operation.
