Filling, capping and labelling line for lotions - RTE2U

Filling, capping and labeling line for aftershave lotion, plant designed for 5 format changes with range dosage from 50 to 500 ml. The plant is composed of:

• infeed rotary table;
• conveyor belt;
• 100 l hopper. with probe;
• filling station;
• capping station with device for closing screw caps, dispenser and dropper;
• M3010 labeling line with orbital centering unit, upper counter-roller and secondary counter-roller;
• outfeed rotary table.

Production: 900 pcs/h., based on dosage.
