Filling, capping and labelling line for creams - RTE4U

Filling, sealing and capping line for the packaging of cosmetic creams in 250 and 500gr jars. Filling station with 4 electro-pneumatic dosers with plunger slide for dense and semi-dense products, brushless motorization. Hopper with level sensor and suction speed adjustment from touch panel and delivery speed. A heat sealing head is installed in the line to seal the can and protect the produced by any spills. The positioning of the cap is manual, after which the product reaches the unit of capping with adjustable friction single head, suitable for closing plastic containers with screw caps. Production: about 800/1000 pcs/h.
