Filling, capping and labelling line for powders - RTE5U

Mixing, filling and capping line for talcum powder and cosmetic powders, packaging solution in bottles of 125 g. The system consists of two mixers to transfer the powders to the dosing units, a pump for liquids in able to dose the fragrances and then create the compound which is then, through a 5-nozzle filling machine, poured into containers. The dosing system is with a brushless motor and a continuous control of the dosing rate to maintain optimal fill tolerance (+/- 2%). The loading of the cap is automatic, through a vibrating channel the orientation of the caps takes place place them all in the same position in the feeder. The bottless come via the conveyor beltconveyed towards the capping monoblock, here a pressure closure head completes the packaging. The entire system is managed by touch-screen control panels and is equipped with safety systems that block the operation when any anomaly is registered through the sensors. We have provided this customer also an M3010FB labeller for front and back application, so product packaging is complete. Production: 1800 pcs/h.
