Tube filling and welding machine - RTUBE

Monoblock for filling and welding polyethylene/laminate tubes with dosage from 2 to 300 ml, tube diameter from 10 to 50 mm, tube length from 60 to 250 mm.

The introduction and orientation of the tubes in the bushings is manual; the car is equipped with all accident-prevention protections, stop device and no-tube-no safety device filling. The plant consists of:

• loading table with 7 positions;
• the dosing unit is volumetric and pneumatically operated, in AISI 316 steel with 1 dosing nozzle;
• the sealing unit is made up of 1 heating element, 1 welded pliers, 1 trimming pliers of the excess part of welding and scrap collection box.

Production: about 1800 pcs/h.
