Filling, capping and labelling line for detergent - RTE2U

Filling line, Pick & Place system, capping and labeling for containers from 100 to 250 ml. The plant is composed of:

• loading plate;
• conveyor belt;
• two cylinder filling station;
• automatic cap loading and positioning device (Pick & Place);
• capping station with device for closing dispenser caps;
• labeling head with three roller centering system;
• device for the bottom marking of the bottle;
• drain pan.

This line, like many of the solutions we design at PMR, is designed to be adapted to different products and containers; the format changes are easy and intuitive, a single system thus allows to satisfy different needs of production. Production: 1000 pcs/h.
