Filling, capping and labelling line for gel - RTE4U

Filling, capping and labelling system for 300 gr cans. With this plant we have defined a complete industrialization process. The solution provides:

• conveyor belts to convey the containers to the various stations;
• 3 dosing stations with 4 dosing units;
• 3 tank draft pumps;
• 2 cooling tunnels;
• 2 capping monoblocks with automatic cap loading.

Finally, a sleeve applicator applies a transparent label that completely seals the container. Production: 4500 pcs/h.
