Filling and capping monoblock for lip gloss. The plant is equipped with a 16-position transport star, with interchangeable product shapes, in plastic material and driven by an intermittent mechanical group with adjustable working speed. Dosing station suitable for products creamy driven by brushless motor, adjustable for range from 1 to 75 cc. Immersion measuring nozzle complete with thread cutting system. Loading hopper with 20 l capacity, with level sensor. Cap feeding station, composed of vibrating selector, conveyor belt, Pick & Place system for taking caps and place them on containers. The screwing unit is with a screw-operated closure head for shaped caps by pneumatic motor with adjustment of the tightening torque. The unit is installed on an adjustable vertical guide height to facilitate format changeover. System management via PLC and touch screen panel. Production: about 1500 pcs/h.
