Filling and capping monoblock for nail polish.

In this semi-automatic solution the container is positioned manually in the pneumatic rotary table complete with star, with fixed rotation speed. The transport star it is made of anticorodal aluminum with 12 pockets for housing the bottles, made of plastic material scratchproof. With alternating movement the containers enter the dosing station where 1 syringe for semi-dense liquid products dose the product. The cap is positioned manually and in the capping station it is closed with a special cap screwing unit with control unit for adjusting the tightening torque.

Production: about 1000 pcs/h.
