Filling and capping monoblock for nail polish remover - MFC8U

Filling and capping monoblock for cylindrical bottles from 50 to 500 ml. of nail polish remover. In the filling group the vials enter the screw which selects them and synchronizes them with the position of the star entrance and subsequently conveyed to the filling carousel; a sensor detects the containers and gives consent at the filling stage. The full bottle leaves the fill carousel to be transferred to the fill carousel capping with an intermediate star. In the capping unit the cap, selected by the centrifugal feeder, is taken by the capping heads with Pick & Place system and is screwed onto the bottle. It is possible to adjust the tightening torque via the magnetic clutches mounted on each capping head. Production: 3800-4000 pcs/h, according to the dosage.
