Filling machine with fuser for candles - R2U CANDLE

Filling line with melter for 50 and 100ml containers. Hot liquid filling solution (about 80°) composed of:

• conveyor belt;
• container stop and selection system in the dosing area made by controlled spacer auger by a gearmotor unit with electric adjustment of the transport speed;
• 2 fully heated dosing heads with dispensing pump driven by stepper motor. Dosing nozzle complete with valve and shutter with drip-catcher function;
• container selection and transport system to the cooling tunnel (5°) made with a push plate for the simultaneous loading of 10 containers;
• control panel and operating panel on the machine and complete with all the control and management equipment of work operations.

Production: 1500 pcs/h.
