Filling, capping and labelling for oil lamps - RTE4U

Automatic plant for packing oil lamps and candles (various containers of different shapes and sizes) consisting of: - rotating loading and unloading tables, with electronically variable speed; - conveyor belt controlled by a gear motor unit; - machinery for detecting and rejecting defective containers; - filling station with 4 dosing units regulated by brushless motor; - Pick & Place devices for positioning corks and wicks; - 2 capping stations for screw and pressure caps; - 2 labeling stations for wrap-around and bottom application. For this system, our engineers have also designed an ad hoc system to ensure that the wick enters with extreme precision inside the container. Production: about 1000 pcs/h.
