Filling and capping monoblock for toilet deodorant - MFC4U

Filling and capping monoblock for toilet deodorant. Packaging solution for 80 cc bottles (40+40 cc.), consisting of:

• Pick & Place system to pick up and place containers in the main carousel;
• 16-position carousel with intermittent movement;
• filling group with 4 nozzles with closure anti-drop;
• 4 magnetic flow meters (2 for each filling station) which dose with high precision;
• closure unit with automatic loading of the caps, orientation by means of a vibrating cup and cap insertion directed by pneumatic cylinder.

Production: about 3000 pcs/h.
