Filling and capping machine for tanks - RTP

Bench-top weight-based filling and electro/pneumatic capping solution for tanks.

The semi-automatic PMR RTP machine has a dosing system consisting of:

• filling nozzle with anti-drip valve, adjustable in height with a handwheel to accommodate different container sizes;
• adjustable support in height and depth to center the bottle neck precisely under the filling nozzle;
• electronic scale with a load cell located under the container support surface, with electronic display and programming keypad;
• capability to store up to 40 formats, accessible via the electronic display and programming keypad;
• pump with stainless steel AISI 316 body and EPDM flexible impeller for product suction;
• stainless steel AISI 304 machine frame.

The operation and programming of weight-based filling are straightforward: simply program the recipe by entering a number on the scale display and setting all parameters; position the canister or container on the support surface above the load cell and under the filling nozzle, press the start button to activate the pump, which will suction the product from the tank and direct it through the filling nozzle into the container. The machine stops automatically when filling is complete.

PMR RTP is equipped with a suspended manual screwdriver consisting of:

• pneumatic motor with adjustable external clutch and start button;
• suspension device with hook and retractable cord for manual up/down operation of the capping unit;
• screwdriver bit for one type of cap (additional bits available upon request for other cap types);
• stainless steel column with arm to be assembled on the filling machine.

The operation of the screwdriver is also very simple: after filling the container, move it laterally under the manual screwdriver, place the cap on the filled container, hold the container with the cap securely with one hand, lower the screwdriver with the other hand so its head rests on the cap, then press the start button to rotate the head and tighten the cap.

The machine can be placed on the customer’s workbench or provided with a mobile structure in stainless steel AISI 304, equipped with 4 pivoting wheels.

Productivity: up to 500 pcs/h depending on dosage.
