Automatic labelling machine for conical bottle - M3005C

Automatic industrial labeling machine for applying labels on conical bottles. Versatile machine which can handle different sizes of containers and labels. The PMR M3005C labeller has a closed base and is made up of:

• conveyor belt;
• labelling head of the ClassicNew series;
• lateral suction counter-roller;
• photocells for managing labels and containers;
• touch screen on the machine, to set different "recipes", in order to have all the parameters to recall for each format change.

For buckets with handles, the installation of a system that lifts the handle during application is not required. User-friendly, compact and small-sized machine, it can be installed in an existing line, in line with the PMR filling and capping solutions, or stand-alone, equipped with container loading and unloading plate. Possibility of implementing, on the same line, the application of the label on the cap. Productivity: up to 3,000 pcs./h.
