Labelling machine for lipsick - M3010R

Automatic industrial labelling machine for the simultaneous application of a wraparound body label and bottom sticker on lipsticks and lip glosses.

The PMR M3005R labelling machine has a closed base in AISI 304 steel, entirely mirror polished, and is made up of:

• motorized loader for cylindrical products;
• roller conveyor belt;
• 1 ClassicNew series labeling head for transparent wraparound labels;
• 1 SL/PN labeling head of the Classic New series with lower sticker application system;
• 1 camera for product detection and label centering;
• touch screen control panel.

User-friendly labeling machine, equipped with a conveyor belt connected to the exit of the labeled products. Productivity: up to 1,500 pcs./h.
