Labelling Monoblock for liqueurs - METCAP

Automatic labelling monoblock, for the application with reference of 2 front/back labels from reels separate, on cylindrical bottles. PMR METCAP is equipped with a capsule dispenser, cork presence detector, capping thermal head for caps in polylaminate/tin. The system is equipped with safety guards compliant with CE standards, touch screen panel for adjustment of the position of the labels on the bottles, which can be set with maximum precision. The labelling heads are adjustable in height by means of handwheels and are equipped with a stepper motor for high precision application. The machine can be installed in existing line, in line with PMR filling and capping solutions, or stand-alone and equipped with loading and unloading plate. Productivity: up to 1,000 pcs./h.
