Description
Filling, capping, under-cap seal application and labelling line for containers from 50 to 1900ml. In the line there is a blower which cleans the containers through the supply of ionized air. Filling station with 4 dispensers; each part in contact with the product is in AISI 316L steel; all the gaskets suitable for processing food products are easy to sanitize. Hopper with sensor level. Feeding station and automatic cap positioning with Pick & Place system. Capping station for screw caps. Heat-sealing station for applying the under-cap seal. Labelling station for front/rear application of labels on containers. The control and monitoring of the machines takes place via PLC, the touch-screen system is easy and intuitive. The photocells monitor the various production processes so that all the pieces have a high standard of quality. Production: 1200 pcs/h for 900 ml containers.
