Automatic rinsing, filling, capping, induction seal application line for packaging instant coffee in 100gr jars.

The solution is equipped with:

• blowing station;
• dosing station with vibrating channels;
• capping station with automatic cap loading;
• induction sealing station;
• product waste station for non-compliant sealing.

All stations are controlled by touch-screen, with the possibility of recording up to 100 format changes.

Industrial labeling machine M3005T for wrapping application on cylindrical bottles is installed in line. Production: 1200 pcs/h.
