Filling line for liquid - R2U

Filling line for liquids in containers from 20 to 500 ml. System with automatic doser with 2 nozzles for the volumetric filling of liquid products as follows:

• setting of dosage values directly from the control panel with the possibility of memorizing the various ones recipes and possibility of enabling optionals (including nozzle slide, PNP gates);
• motorization dosed with brushless motor;
• regulation of suction speed and delivery speed from panel;
• pneumatic plunger slide for foamy products;
• possibility of dosing via hopper or via suction pipe (optional) directly from the tank;
• touch screen control panel.

Machine implemented with Industry 4.0 parameters, to allow remote reading of production data and integration with company's CRM. Production: 1200 pcs/h. for 150ml containers.
