Labeling machine for bottom application on bags and pouches - M3005B PRINT & APPLY

Automatic industrial labeling machine for the bottom application of labels on bags and pouches. The labeling station M3005B PRINT & APPLY has an open base and is composed of:

• 1 Print & Apply labeling head with thermal transfer printer (you can install Datamax, Sato, Zebra, Cab etc.);
• 1 open conveyor belt in 2 sections;
• photocell for reading product on tape;
• 1 control unit with touch screen.

The system is equipped with a touch screen control system on board the machine, to set different "recipes", in a way to have different sets of parameters saved in memory to be recalled for a quick and easy format change. The labeller can be installed in an existing line with PMR or filling and capping solutions “stand-alone” and therefore equipped with a container loading and unloading plate. Machine with small dimensions and high efficiency. Productivity: up to 2,000 pcs./h.
