Description

Blowing, filling, capping and seal labeling line for the packaging of 150/190 jars gr. The RTE2U line consists of: - Rinsing station, composed of an alternating movement tipping group, blowing nozzles placed in the point of complete overturning with bottom to collect any debris; - Twist-off capsule dispenser with hopper and belt elevator; - Twist-off filling and capping monobloc, with 2 dispensers with rotary pumps in AISI 316 steel, ideal for filling of dense and semi-dense products, with drip-free nozzle with two-way piloted valve synchronized to the dosed; dispenser for metal capsules and 2-head screwdriver operating with mechanical vacuum; - M3005TS labeling line for applying body labels with integrated seal. This system is equipped with provisions for network connection and implementation of software for the management of remote production data, as required by Industry 4.0 directives. Production: 2,000 pcs/h based on dosage.
