Automatic Universal Roller Capping Machine - T3R SMART

Inline roller capping machine that enables capping screw caps, trigger caps, and dispenser caps, and can seal plastic or glass bottles, supporting various diameters and heights.

The T3R SMART consists of 3 rubber wheels and 1 upper press (adjustable in height and depth) along with a conveyor belt featuring a sliding surface made of plastic material. The conveyor belt, with adjustable transport speed, receives the bottles and/or containers and guides them towards the rubber wheels where the actual capping takes place; an automatic gate system locks the bottle near the 3 rollers, allowing precise timing of the containers.

The processing data for each format can be stored in “recipes” that the operator can retrieve directly from the Touch Screen on the machine.

Format changes are extremely fast and intuitive: simply adjust the repositioning using handwheels; there is no need to purchase additional specific parts for each format.
