Automatic Line for Filling, Capping, Under-Cap Sealing, and Labeling for Packaging Powders and Granules in jars from 20 to 500g

The solution is equipped with:

• Automatic Loading System: Vibrating channels ensure a constant and controlled flow of powders to the doser.
• Doser with 4 Vibrating Channels and 2 Outlets: Precise dosage management with a loading hopper, 4 weighing cells, and 2 discharge hoppers, ensuring accurate product weight control in each jar.
• Automatic Cap Feeder: The Pick & Place system ensures precise and automatic placement of caps on jars.
• Automatic Screw Capper: For securely closing screw caps.
• Induction System for Under-Cap Seal Welding: Provides an additional level of protection by hermetically sealing the jar.
• Marker: For overprinting batch numbers and expiration dates.

All stations are controlled via touch-screen, with the ability to register up to 100 format changes. The system is constructed with AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 for parts in contact with the product) and certified components; the line offers corrosion resistance and durability over time.

Production: Approximately 1200 pcs/h, depending on jar size.
