Filling, capping, and labelling line for foamy and non-foamy liquids, in containers up to 1 liter, with screw caps or triggers.

PMR RTE6U is the ideal solution for detergents, disinfectants, and liquid soaps.

The system consists of:

• 6-nozzle filling station;
• Conveyor belt;
• TTR universal capping machine with brushless rollers;
• M3010FB labelling machine for front/back and wrap-around label application;
• Discharge plate.

This line is suitable for various products and containers, allowing dosing from 50 to 1300 ml. Furthermore, format changes are easy and intuitive.

Production capacity: 1600 pcs/h.
